The leachate flows through the filter cloth and along the groove of the filter plate to the safety outlet of the liquid outlet below, and is discharged centrally. After the over-treatment, the sediment can be washed with clean water. After cleaning, sometimes into the compressed air, remove the remaining cleaning liquid. After the filter is over, open the diaphragm filter press to remove anaerobic granular sludge, clean the filter cloth, and clamp the plate filter again to slowly work on the next cycle.

The filter cloth is fixed on the box-type filter press. It is an important diaphragm filter press method in the early stage. The important advantage of the box-type filter press is that it is convenient and quick to disassemble the filter cloth. The disadvantage is that the efficiency is high and low, the expected effect of over-filtration is not good, and the filter plate is easy to break. The filter chamber of the box-type filter press is composed of two filter plates with adjacent pits. The filter cloth is fixed on one filter plate, the important advantages of the box-type filter press are high efficiency, very good expected results, and relatively strong and durable filter plates. However, the technical strength of automation technology is relatively high, and there is also protection equipment for cleaning the filter cloth. Generally, the number of times of removing the filter cloth is not often.

The important advantages of the box-type filter press are less loss during feeding, faster filtration rate, good sealing characteristics of high pressure, uniform cleaning of anaerobic granular sludge, low moisture content, uniform pressure in each filter chamber and not easy to damage the board, which is basically applicable to all sludge treatment equipment industries.

Operating Procedures

Preparations

1. During the operation, the staff should wear protective articles as far as possible according to the regulations. They should tie up their sleeves. It is strictly forbidden to wear scarves. The female workers' pigtails should be wrapped in sun hats.

2. Check whether the electrical switch, cable and grounding system are superior.

3. Check whether the parts are intact and tight, and whether the safety device is normal.

4. Check the filter cloth condition, filter cloth can not be retractable and damage.

5. Check whether the connectors of each price level are inserted backwards, whether the anchor screws of the flange plate are evenly tightened, and whether the sealing ring is properly padded.

Operation steps

The operation process of diaphragm filter press shall be carried out according to the following operation procedures: clamp the filter plate tightly → turn on the pump feeding → turn off the feeding pump → turn on the filter plate feeding → remove and check the filter cloth → prepare to fully enter the next cycle.

Operation process

1. Cover the power switch tightly and the display light is on.

2. Press the "Operation" function key to operate the oil pump.

3. Move all filter plates to the thrust plate end and make them located in the middle of the two bearing walls.

4. Press the "clamp" function key, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the clamp plate to clamp all the filter plates. After ensuring the working pressure value of the four-column hydraulic press, rotate the lock nut to clamp the pressure test, press the "close" function key, and the oil pump stops working.

5. Dark tide: open the leachate valve to discharge liquid, bright flow: open the faucet to discharge liquid, open the feeding valve, and feed the water.
