1. Open before inspection.

check whether the filter plate is correct and whether the filter cloth is clean and wrinkled. If the filter cloth is not clean, it will affect the penetration of the filter cloth, prolong the mud time, and the moisture content will be higher than the normal value. If the filter cloth is not arranged regularly or wrinkled, the pressure will increase after the slurry is fed, and the slurry will be ejected from the gap.

2. Press mud to open.

1) Filter plate pressed.

The pressure was maintained at 25kfg/cm2, and the filter press was opened to press the filter plate.

2. open mud pressing.

4. Clean the filter cloth.

5. Replace the filter cloth.

If the filter cloth is glued with glue, the plate and frame filter press cannot be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner, or the filter cloth is damaged and should be replaced immediately.

1) Remove the old filter cloth.

Remove the filter plate, untie the fixed filter cloth rope, remove the filter cloth, and carry out fixed waste treatment.

2) New filter cloth replacement.

pass one of the new filter cloth through the center hole of the filter plate, rotate the filter cloth, reserve one end of the fixed rope hole, and then use the rope to pass through the corresponding holes of the two filter cloths to fix the two filter cloths on the filter plate. 3) Put the filter plate neatly, place the filter plate of the replaced filter cloth on the filter press, arrange and align it neatly, and press mud normally after replacement.
